Job summary

Wonderschool in San Francisco and Columbus is seeking an AI-focused Product Manager to own provider onboarding and activation. You’ll work directly with child care providers to identify onboarding friction, translate insights into AI-powered product flows, and ship improvements rapidly.

The role blends technical collaboration with customer-facing work: prototype, test, and measure onboarding speed and provider outcomes while partnering with engineering and operations to scale what works.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate CS degree required.
• Business school or MBA strongly preferred.
• Hands-on with customers to translate insights into AI-powered flows.

Responsibilities

• Direct work with providers to identify onboarding friction and build trust.
• Translate customer insights into AI-powered onboarding flows.
• Prototype, test, and ship product improvements and measure provider outcomes.
