Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently with multiple internal departments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic client/provider questions and forward inquiries as needed.
• Research inquiries and respond to appropriate parties promptly.
• Provide coaching and cross-training to agents.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Perform data entry and assist with provider enrollment/revalidation processing.
