Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in Jackson, MS is seeking a Provider Enrollment - Team Lead onsite to guide a team in delivering high-quality provider enrollment support. You will respond to inquiries, coach agents, and ensure SLA targets are met while collaborating with internal departments.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a Monday–Friday schedule in Jackson, MS. Onsite work and ongoing training are part of the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
• Experience working independently with various internal departments and personnel.
• Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology.
• Communication skills and leadership skills with an ability to multi-task and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic client/provider questions and/or forwards inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Research client/provider inquiries and respond promptly to appropriate parties.
• Provide continuous coaching and cross-training to agents.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Process requests and update account history with results and proper documentation.
• Distribute work/assignments and ensure accuracy.
