Job summary

Starting salary is $60,567 per year with a range to $78,312, dependent on years of service and qualifications; the position offers benefits and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement as listed in the job description.
• Experience with negotiation, preparing, executing, and revising contracts is highly desirable.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
• Knowledge of CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and HCPCS (Healthcare Procedure Coding System) codes, medical terminology, and medical record keeping is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contract documents in accordance with contract awards and any negotiated changes or addenda for approved service deliverers.
• Evaluate contract performance and prepare detailed reports on same as required or requested.
• Issue contracts within the time period established; maintain tracking system of the receipt of contracts and required documentation to ensure compliance with established local policy.
• Perform initial credentialing and/or re-credentialing of network providers, per regional policy.
• Assist with the development and response of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ).
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
