Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Missouri is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to administer compensation design, benchmarking, and productivity analysis for the medical group. The role collaborates with payroll, HR, and leadership to support contract review and management.

The analyst will perform financial modeling, market benchmarking, and data analysis, ensuring accurate compensation programs, compliance, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Management, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of Payroll, Compensation, Accounting, and/or Human Resources experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and administer physician and provider compensation strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage employment agreements and contractual arrangements.
• Perform financial modeling, benchmarking, and data analysis to support compensation recommendations and compliance.
• Manage compensation operations including payroll changes, incentive calculations, and productivity reconciliation.
• Provide ongoing analytical support to leadership and perform special projects as assigned.
