Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Missouri seeks a Practice Manager to supervise clinic operations under the Director and Medical Director, delivering excellent patient experiences and meeting financial benchmarks.

You will lead staff development, oversee scheduling, and manage HR activities, payroll, and timekeeping while partnering with finance to optimize revenue cycle and quality metrics. Travel to outreach locations is required about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health, or business and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience in healthcare with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of physician office billing and information systems.
• Proficiency in budgeting, payroll, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and staff to ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Collaborate with Directors and Medical Group to operationalize strategic initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and provider efficiency; ensure patient throughput.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, timekeeping, and financial reports.
• Lead performance management and HR processes for caregivers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality metrics across the clinic.
