St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Physician Group compensation function. The role will manage monthly/quarterly compensation projections, review agreements, and coordinate with payroll and service lines to ensure accurate pay and reporting.

Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field required; advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience in accounting/financial analysis preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required, or Associates degree with 3–5 years related experience.
• Accounting and Financial Analysis experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Administer SLPG Providers’ monthly and/or quarterly compensation incentive projections.
• Prepare monthly communication for the dissemination of SLPG Physicians’ monthly compensation projections.
• Review existing and incoming employment agreements and amendments to employee agreements and assist in establishing amendments.
• Notify colleagues of pending Signing Bonuses, Tail Coverage Repayments or changes in CMEs.
• Contact and resolve inquiries for Physicians as it relates to the Compensation Projection, Incentive Bonus Draw requests, and salary draw adjustments within 48 business hours.
• Prepare journal entries related to Physician Incentive Bonus Projections, Incentive Bonus Draws, Retention Bonus, Honoraria and Payroll related accruals following the Network Close schedule.
