Qualifications

• 5+ years Professional Coding Experience, 2+ years delivering presentations or conducting education.
• Certified Professional Coder required.
• Experience in teaching coding classes or speaking at coding seminars preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages education pathway for providers.
• Conducts annual coding education and ad-hoc sessions.
• Assists with internal monitoring reviews and compliance audits.
• Develops coding procedures and guidance documents.
