Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group Tech Center (BBGTC) in Edgewater, FL, seeks a senior leader to oversee the Prototype and Tooling teams. You will guide mock-up builds, mold/tooling construction, prototype builds, testing, compliance validation, and production integration.

Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand Leadership to ensure successful launches. Lead a safety-first, high-performance team, manage schedules and KPIs, and travel up to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Proven leadership experience of at least 5 years.
Experience managing salary and hourly team members.
5-10 years Marine industry knowledge and boat building experience required.
Proficiency with PC-based software applications (Microsoft Office, Teams, OBMS, etc.).

Responsibilities

Safety-first mentality for all Tooling and Prototype Shop activities.
Drive a high-performance culture based on mutual respect and Brunswick values.
Provide leadership direction, defining schedules and KPIs for all products developed at BBGTC.
Lead daily Gemba walks to align with project priorities and identify issues.
Support timely execution of assignments related to new product molds/tooling and prototype builds.
