Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a hands-on Pattern Shop Technician in Edgewater, FL. You will contribute to tooling construction, sanding and buffing patterns, lamination of molds, and finishing to Class A standards.

You’ll rotate between departments to meet production needs, maintaining safety and quality. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work on-site in a non-climate-controlled shop environment with exposure to heat, dust, and loud equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to move between departments to meet production needs.
• Ability to work in a busy shop environment with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sand and buff patterns to required finish.
• Laminate molds following specifications with attention to air removal for mold quality.
• Sand and buff production and tooling gel surfaces to required finish.
• Be trained in each department as required.
• Move between departments daily/weekly as needed.
• Keep work area clean, orderly and safe.
