Brunswick is seeking a skilled Mold Builder/Welder in Edgewater, FL to construct molds for hulls, liners, decks, and fixtures per tooling manuals. You will document mold construction records and uphold safety and quality standards required by Boston Whaler and our customers.

The role demands hands-on fabrication using a variety of welding techniques, reading engineering blueprints, and operating metal fabrication tools.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience as welder with various welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and specs.

Aufgaben

• Construct molds to defined specifications per tooling manuals.
• Document mold construction records through all phases.
• Work with hand and power tools to support mold building.
• Ensure safety and quality standards meet Brunswick/Boston Whaler requirements.
• Support schedules and collaborate with tooling supervisor.
