Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming prototype materials for accuracy and condition.
• Fulfill material and equipment requests with precision and urgency.
• Coordinate shipping and distribution to internal teams, clients, and testing locations, ensuring secure packaging and accurate labeling.
• Provide white-glove, on-site support to clients, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care.
• Perform local pickups and deliveries to client sites as required.
• Ensure compliant and secure disposal of equipment, including e-waste handling and donation processing.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits; ensure all assets are properly logged, tracked, and stored in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory and data management systems to ensure full traceability.
• Monitor, update, and manage SRT/task queues to meet service level expectations.
• Process product returns, ensuring proper documentation and disposition.
• Support additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
