Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support global logistics and fulfillment operations, coordinating shipments, handling exceptions, analyzing performance, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to ensure efficient movement of goods.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in logistics or fulfillment coordination.
• Experience handling domestic and international shipments.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, trade documentation, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or case management platforms.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage logistics exceptions and drive timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics transactions including parcel, air, ocean, and white-glove shipments.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Obtain and validate required trade compliance, customs, and DG documentation.
• Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and ensure timely execution against service levels.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve shipment exceptions and delays.
• Respond to customer inquiries with shipment status updates and process guidance.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics with accurate shipment records.
