Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support global logistics and fulfillment operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage exceptions, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement while liaising with internal teams, carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.

This is a full-time onsite role. You will handle daily logistics transactions, ensure compliance, and monitor service levels across parcel, air, ocean, and specialized transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or fulfillment coordination.
• Experience managing domestic and international shipments via parcel, air, ocean, and specialized transportation.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs processes, trade documentation, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with TMS/WMS/ERP or case management platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with AI data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify trends and solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics exceptions and drive resolution.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics transactions including parcel, air, ocean, and white-glove shipments.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Obtain and validate required trade compliance, customs, and DG documentation.
• Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and ensure service levels.
• Identify and resolve shipment delays, holds, delivery failures, and claims.
• Respond to customer inquiries with shipment status updates and guidance.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics with accurate shipment records.
• Serve as liaison between logistics operations and internal customers and procurement.
• Support onboarding of suppliers and 3PLs; monitor performance against SLAs.
• Escalate issues and drive corrective actions with vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure operational success.
