EOS IT Solutions in Newark, CA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support global shipments across parcel, air and ocean, coordinating bookings and managing exceptions. This is a full‑time, onsite role during regular business hours.

You will liaise with carriers, 3PLs, customers and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, trade compliance, and timely delivery while monitoring carrier performance and service levels. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in logistics, transportation, or fulfillment coordination.
• Experience managing domestic and international shipments via parcel, air, ocean, and specialized modes.
• Strong understanding of trade documentation and freight forwarding processes.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse systems (WMS), ERP, or case management platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics transactions (parcel, air, ocean, white-glove shipments).
• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Obtain and validate trade compliance, customs, and DG documentation.
• Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor shipment activity and ensure timely execution against service levels.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions (delays, holds, deliveries).
• Respond to customer inquiries with status updates and guidance.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics with accurate records.
