Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Menlo Park is seeking an on-site IT logistics support associate to oversee materials and equipment requests, deploy desktops and peripherals, and ensure accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries for new hires within the NORAM region, maintaining asset tagging, and assisting with desk moves. Strong organization, communication, and customer service are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests.
• Deployment of desktops, laptops, phones and monitors.
• Ensure safe disposal of equipment.
• Proactively manage inventory levels within deployment remit.
• Work with data entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy.
• Restock IT cabinets and vending machines.
• Manage e-waste solution and donation requests.
• Coordinate delivery of new hire phones within NORAM region, ensuring timely delivery ahead of orientation dates.
