Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a program-oriented professional to manage the lifecycle of hardware assets for Leo IP components, ensuring meticulous inventory control across labs and vendor facilities.

The role focuses on reconciling data, establishing SOPs, and enforcing accountability standards, with collaboration across security, audit, and engineering teams to protect IP as Leo scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with ERP and procurement tools, including Oracle, Coupa and Ariba.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate accountability data into actionable business language.
• 2+ years working in enterprise IT or hardware asset management (HAM) and technical program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the lifecycle of hardware asset management for Leo IP components.
• Inventory and asset tracking across engineering labs, test tracks, and vendor facilities.
• Establish and maintain SOPs for reconciliation, discrepancy classification, and closure verification.
• Execute reconciliation methodology, cadence, sampling criteria, and accountability standards for asset data.
• Own loss-trend and analytics; identify drivers and propose structural fixes.
• Partner with Security and Audit teams to inform design standards and audit strategy.
