Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in welding and fabrication with attention to quality.
• Ability to read blueprints and translate specs to prototypes.
• Experience with Lean/6S and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prototype products to meet customer and quality requirements.
• Tooling/fixtures for manufacturing prototypes and cost reductions.
• Review existing products for changes and improvements.
