Pure Fishing is seeking an Engineering Technician – Fabrication & Development to build prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment in support of engineering and manufacturing goals. You will translate concepts with engineers into practical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2 years related experience, a high school diploma, and hands-on aptitude to troubleshoot and improve processes. You will collaborate across engineering and production in a hands-on, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• High school education required.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to build, troubleshoot, and improve equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate prototypes, fixtures, tooling, and equipment from drawings and concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers during equipment and process development.
• Design and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Operate fabrication and machining equipment safely and effectively.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and general maintenance of tools like hot runner injection molding tools.
