Job Description:

The Prototype Build Engineer will be responsible for managing all prototype build activities, including developing and communicating build plans based on vehicle specifications, test plans, and program timing.

Responsibilities:

• Leading part procurement and resolving supplier issues across multiple programs.
• Supporting prototype design.
• Creating BOMs.
• Creating process sheets for build operators.
• Resolving build floor issues affecting quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle build processes.
• Basic knowledge of CATIA V5, NX, and Teamcenter.
• Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with ability to prepare presentations and present to all management levels.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
