Bartech Staffing is a leading engineering, technical, and professional staffing firm, with clients including some of the nation's biggest companies. Powered by Impellam Group, a global workforce and recruitment solutions provider, we are seeking to hire a contract Prototype Build Engineer for our client. Job Responsibilities

1. Manage all prototype build activities, including developing and communicating build plans based on vehicle specifications, test plans, and program timing.
2. Lead part procurement and resolve supplier issues across multiple programs.
3. Create BOM and process sheets for build operators.
4. Resolve build floor issues affecting quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. 1-3 years of experience.
3. Basic knowledge of vehicle build processes.
4. Familiarity with CATIA V5, NX, and TeamCenter.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare and present reports to management.
