Responsibilities

• The Prototype Build Engineer for this position will be responsible for managing all prototype build activities including developing and communicating build plans based on vehicle specifications, test plans, and program timing. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Leading part procurement and supplier issue resolution across multiple programs.
• BOM creation.
• Process sheet creation for build operators.
• Resolving any build floor issues affecting quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• 1 - 3 years experience.
• Basic Vehicle build process knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of CATIA V5, and/or NX, TeamCenter.
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Program Management skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels of management.
