Job summary

IBA Group is seeking a hands-on Engineer to install, operate and maintain our Proton Therapy System (PTS). You will troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, support testing, and contribute to upgrades while ensuring clinical operations run smoothly at the customer site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Relevant technical experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair, and operations of large systems.
The ability to work autonomously on well-defined tasks.

Responsibilities

Install, operate and maintain the Proton Therapy System (PTS).
Troubleshoot complex issues, perform routine and corrective maintenance, and support hardware/software testing.
Mentor new team members and subcontractors; train customers on safe operation.
Represent the company as the primary technical contact at the customer site.
