Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a protocol operations professional in Colorado Springs to orchestrate events for S4S General Officers and senior leaders, ensuring flawless protocol execution across visits, meetings, and ceremonies.

The role emphasizes developing event products, room setup, and timely delivery of materials, with after-hours support and coordination with AOs and the offices of the CDR/DCDR/COS/CSEL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing content for Government Protocol Offices.
• Familiarity with Public Affairs processes and PAO requests.
• Protocol training (preferred), such as Protocol School of Washington.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate protocol events, meetings, conferences, and ceremonies.
• Develop protocol event products and set up rooms.
• Produce completed products for events within 24 hours prior.
• Ensure rooms are fully prepared before meetings.
• Support Distinguished Visitors and day-of event execution.
• Provide after-hours support coordinated with contracting.
• Implement S4S protocol policies and high-level visits.
