Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. is seeking a Protocol Specialist to support the CG-AIR Command with ceremonies, tours, and high-level event coordination on-site in Elizabeth City, NC.

The role emphasizes planning itineraries, coordinating invitations, and ensuring smooth execution of official functions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of protocol experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; a Military/DoD Protocol Specialist certification is required within 12

Qualifikationen

Two years of experience in protocol and event planning, organizing ceremonies and receptions.
Must effectively communicate with customers and fulfill duties listed in the contract.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Security clearance: Public Trust and US citizenship required.

Aufgaben

Conduct ALC tours and organize itineraries for distinguished visits.
Plan and manage ceremonies, retirements, promotions, and awards.
Coordinate for invitations, scripts, and programs; assist with social functions for Wardroom.
Attend meetings, record minutes, publish briefing materials.
Assist with ALC and Command Administrative duties.
