Spektrum is seeking a Protocol Officer to support NATO and NCI Agency events from our Norfolk, VA office. You will manage VIP logistics, schedules, and DV programmes, coordinating with local authorities and military staff.

The role requires experience in international protocol, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with event tools like Cvent, SocialTables, and AutoCAD. Occasional nonstandard hours are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in international military or governmental protocol environments.
• Experience planning high-level events (conferences, ceremonies, visits).
• Familiar with NATO protocol standards and etiquette.
• Strong schedule management and communication skills.
• Proficient with protocol software and registration tools.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison with Local Authorities and VIPs.
• Develop and maintain VIP databases and schedules.
• Plan and execute conferences, visits, and ceremonies.
• Escort visitors and coordinate DV programmes and events.
• Provide training on diplomatic protocol and etiquette.
