Job summary

The candidate will execute proteomic experiments, optimize methods, and communicate results to project teams while maintaining thorough documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of scientific experience.
• Associates degree and 4 years of scientific experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 6 years of scientific experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize proteomics workflows including LC-MS/MS.
• Prepare samples from cell lines and other biological matrices.
• Operate LC-MS systems across vendor platforms; maintain and troubleshoot instruments.
• Process proteomic data using Proteome Discoverer, Spectronaut, DIA-NN; collaborate with analysts.
• Analyze results and identify technical issues in collaboration with project scientists.
• Communicate plans, progress and results to team members and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments and instrument performance.
