Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a high performing biotechnology organization.
• 10+ years in a leadership role.
• PhD in Bioinformatics or related field.
• Proven track record leading bioinformatics teams on complex projects.
• Experience partnering with scientists developing novel approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and grow several bioinformatics teams across experience levels.
• Partner with experimental, engineering, and product teams to guide next steps.
• Collaborate with commercial and software teams to translate capabilities into solutions.
• Shape experimental strategy and priorities; design of experiments.
• Ensure successful delivery of data analyses and processing solutions in R&D and product contexts.
• Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; balance risk and priorities.
• Provide hands-on technical contributions as appropriate.
• As a leadership team member, drive corporate strategy and be a Nautilus ambassador.
