Job summary

Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time supervisor to coordinate and oversee the Protective Services Program. You will review intakes, assign cases, monitor evaluations, and ensure compliance with state regulations while providing administrative and clinical supervision to staff.

The role requires a Master's or Bachelor's in a related field and supervisory experience. Strong emphasis on confidentiality, CORI access, and coordination with EOEA will be essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with at least 1 year of protective services experience
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with at least 2 years of counseling/case management experience in protective or crisis intervention
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the Protective Services Program and staff
• Review protective intakes and assign cases to workers
• Monitor assessment and casework to ensure compliance with 651 CMR 5.00
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for direct reports
• Ensure documentation compliance with EA regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and CORI requirements
• Coordinate communication with EOEA Regional Manager and EA staff
• Attend trainings to ensure program compliance and participate in training of Home Care personnel
• Represent the agency in community and with contracted agencies
