Job summary

Stew Hansen Southtown, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) to join our team that values respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

As part of the ProTech program, you will perform efficient repairs, conduct inspections, and use Reynolds DMS to track work. The role offers paid training, competitive flat rate pay, bonuses and growth opportunities within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership certifications describe your background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient repair work on orders per standards; stay current on factory bulletins.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to Fixed First Visit.
• Run the KG Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle; notify if issues vary or take more time.
• Master Reynolds DMS for timekeeping, work distribution, inspections, quotes and communication.
• Maintain tools and cleanliness; leave no trace in customer vehicles.
