Endeavor Health foundations is seeking a detail-oriented Prospect Development and Research Coordinator to support identification, research and analysis of prospects for cultivation and solicitation, driving fundraising growth across our philanthropic portfolio.

You will maintain data integrity in the CRM, collaborate with the Philanthropy Operations and foundations teams, and help develop standard procedures while ensuring HIPAA compliance and ethical standards are upheld.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Fundraising, Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 1-2+ years in data/donor environment, healthcare or higher education preferred.
• 1-2+ years with Salesforce or a donor CRM preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct proactive and reactive prospect research to produce profiles for cultivation and solicitation.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all activities.
• Track pipeline progress and donor activity in the CRM with accurate data management.
• Develop/maintain SOPs to ensure consistent reporting and analytics outcomes.
• Stay current with fundraising trends and best practices for donor engagement.
• Support donor moves management and collaborate with frontline fundraisers.
