Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Prospect Development and Research Coordinator to support identification, research and analysis of prospects for cultivation and solicitation across the foundations’ philanthropic portfolio. You will maintain data integrity, support donor outreach, and work under the Prospect Development Manager to enable fundraising goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2+ years in data/donor environments; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience working with data in a donor-focused environment, including at least 1 year in a development or related role.
• Experience with Salesforce or another donor CRM is preferred.
• Knowledge of prospect research and management in non-profits and experience with research tools and methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM is required.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and reactive research on prospects and donors to produce profiles for advancement of cultivation and solicitation.
• Maintain data integrity and donor records in the CRM, tracking pipeline progress.
• Support donor moves management and collaboration with frontline fundraisers.
• Maintain SOPs to ensure consistent reporting and analytics.
• Stay current with philanthropic research and best practices.
• Align knowledge of programs and opportunities with prospective donor engagement.
