Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Philanthropy Events Specialist to lead fundraising and stewardship events for its hospital foundations in the Chicago area. You will drive event strategy, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with clinical partners to maximize donor impact.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management or event planning within not-for-profit settings, with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and OneCause experience preferred. Travel to meetings and events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of project management/event experience, preferably in a not-for-profit setting.
• Experience presenting Endeavor Health in a positive manner to donors and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with fundraising leads and the Manager to manage all aspects of cultivation and stewardship events.
• Staff event committees and provide comprehensive events project management including budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate materials, briefings, lists, and vendor partnerships for strong outcomes and cost-effective execution.
• Track performance metrics like ROI, attendance trends, and donor engagement to inform strategy.
• Maintain Salesforce engagement records and moves management for prospective donors.
• Manage vendors, contracts, registration, payments, and guest experiences with Operations.
