Endeavor Health Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Events Specialist to plan and execute fundraising events—galas, golf outings, and donor engagements—for the Edward, Elmhurst, NCH, NorthShore, and Swedish foundations. The role emphasizes deep donor relationships and strategic event execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships, staffing committees, and documenting activity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of project management/event experience, nonprofit preferred.
• Strong donor relations and fundraising knowledge ideal.
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and event software like OneCause.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of cultivation and stewardship events for two Endeavor Health Hospital foundations, including galas and golf outings.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, briefings, communications, and vendor partnerships for strong outcomes.
• Draft event briefs, manage mailing lists, and measure progress with ROI, attendance trends, and moves management.
• Maintain Salesforce engagement records and collaborate with analytics and donor services teams.
