Job summary

Boston Bruins is hiring part-time Proshop Retail Team Members to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Retail Team Member, you’ll provide excellent guest service and manage all transactions accurately and efficiently.

Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and basic math skills help with money handling. Weekly pay and employee discounts are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills to handle money and count change.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with questions.
• Process sales using the point-of-sale system, accept payment, count change.
• Maintain records of sales and stock shelves.
• Keep the store organized and clean; manage back-stock.
• Complete close-out paperwork and other duties as assigned.
