Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role in Massachusetts. You will greet customers, guide them through the sales steps, and promote current offers while accurately operating the POS system.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, utilizing calendars.com and email marketing tools, and handling in-store special orders. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required, however at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated, passionate about the work you put out, lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute the Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
