Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries; analyze invoices; inspect products for quality, temperature, and condition; rotate products and report faulty deliveries.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock restaurant supplies to shelves, racks, tables, and service stations.
• Maintain receiving log by tracking all deliveries and missing items.
• Take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas; ensure equipment is clean and in good repair.
