Job summary

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a part-time Guest Experience Team Member to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will greet guests, assist with bag check and retail, and help ensure a smooth event experience.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for training and development. No degree is required; at least 18 years old and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service while answering questions and sharing event information
• Process payments for bag check services and concert retail while maintaining accurate sales records
• Inspect, secure, and return checked bags using claim tickets and designated storage procedures
• Enforce arena security policies related to bag restrictions and coordinate with security to address concerns or prohibited items
• Stock merchandise, maintain back stock for designated shows, and support retail operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized bag check office and ensure an efficient guest experience throughout events
• Log, track, and distribute lost and found items while supporting overall event operations and guest assistance
