Qualifications

• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.
• High school diploma or GED; applicable experience may substitute.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and identifying opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' projects, timelines, and material needs.
• Create quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to expand Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up for on-time projects.
• Prospect for new Pro customers by walking the sales floor and reviewing Top Accounts.
• Leverage Pro Merchandising programs to win sales when items are unavailable.
• Partner with sales floor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk and support store operations.
• Utilize Lowe's U and training platforms to improve selling skills.
