Herc Rentals invites you to join the ProSales Associate (Early Career Program) in LaGrange, GA. This full-time role launches a structured 12-month training track—the Black and Gold Academy—designed to prepare you for a Territory Sales Representative position through hands-on field experience, coaching, and exposure to our product portfolio.

You'll shadow experienced reps, assist with lead generation, and learn branch operations while building customer relationships and pursuing a long-term sales

Qualifications

0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
Interest in a long term sales career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Shadow Territory Sales Representatives in the field to observe customer interactions and sales best practices.
Visit customer job sites with experienced sales leaders to understand project needs and equipment applications.
Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and supporting revenue growth within assigned territories.
