Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Serial Life Quality Manager to drive continuous improvements in propulsion systems warranty quality. You will collaborate with global, regional, and manufacturing quality teams to reduce failure rates and warranty costs while improving customer satisfaction.

You will lead Quality Improvement Team activities, perform root-cause analysis, and propose systemic solutions for mass production; a strong background in quality processes and risk management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of quality objectives of propulsion systems
• Provide executive level quality reports to leaderships
• Propose technical solutions to be applied in mass production in the field
• Drive warranty improvement by leading Quality Improvement Team (QIT) activities
• Contribute to quality survey things gone wrong (TGW) improvement plan
• Assist engineers on vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysis
• Lead issue management and resolution process in precise, accurate and timely manner
• Apply systemic approaches to quality issues required system level knowledge
