Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years experience in Automotive Product Development or Quality.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Power BI, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint & Problem Solving.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution to Open Product Development issues and develop monthly KPI status using TTF and on-time KPIs.
• Assist in driving resolution to Open Serial Life issues with KPI tracking.
• Create propulsion system KPIs for new programs and collaborate with PHES Engineering & stakeholders.
• Track Status to Target for PHES 3MIS Warranty KPI and resolve warranty upticks.
• Develop visualizations including PHES Quality dashboards & scorecards for leadership.
