Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Project Quality Manager to ensure quality targets across the vehicle program from concept through Start of Production and lifecycle. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage root cause analysis, and lead improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating quality deliverables, forecasting KPI milestones, and guiding engineering teams on design anomalies, yard holds, and campaigns for retrofit and mass production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of automotive experience.
• Broad quality knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to all levels of management.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to productively manage change.
• Strong program management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality objectives for the vehicle program from concept to mass production.
• Produce monthly synthesis and updated quality KPI forecasts for the program.
• Lead engineering teams to address design anomalies in field or plant.
• Coordinate yard holds and campaigns for retrofit/rework
• Ensure quality deliverables on modifications in mass production.
• Organize root cause analysis for anomalies during development and mass production.
• Provide quality advice on proposed technical modifications (PEPP).
• Follow up results (product/process including APQP) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Build internal/external partnerships and advocate for customers as the voice of the customer.
• Drive team alignment, minimize political hurdles, and deliver results.
