You will coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems teams to align requirements and design baselines.

The role emphasizes planning, execution, and reporting of technical progress, cost, and schedule, with inputs to proposals and verification activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product development projects through SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs and PRRs.
• Strong knowledge of physics, dynamics and statics.
• Direct experience with manufacturing/production support processes.
• Experience presenting design solutions to internal and external customers.
• Typically requires STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-discipline engineering activities at the project level with multiple teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and cost estimates for engineering scope.
• Prepare technical inputs to proposals, statements, specs and estimates.
• Translate concepts into executable engineering tasks and coordinate tests.
• Monitor progress, raise issues and drive resolution to protect schedule and cost.
• Provide clear project status to engineers, program management and stakeholders.
