Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead Commercial Wheel & Brake programs from design through in-service sustainment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and maintain close contact with OE customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes planning, risk mitigation, and timely updates to stakeholders, with onsite work in Troy, Ohio. A STEM degree and substantial PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Project management experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution and tracking of engineering activities and budgets for commercial W&B products.
• Support the Commercial project engineering team in product development.
• Lead and drive assigned engineering projects to closure with updates to the organization.
• Identify technical risks and drive mitigations to closure with the technical team.
• Serve as main point of contact for OE customer coordination.
