Job summary

SmartRent is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead client-facing pilots, feature requests, and custom integrations in the rental housing industry. You will own project success and satisfaction, coordinating with product, engineering, and account teams to deliver end-to-end implementation.

Success requires strong project planning, technical aptitude, and excellent communication with stakeholders. You will report to the Director of Solutions Architects and play a key role in expanding partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from planning to feedback.
• Experience with C-level clients and stakeholders.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) with data insights.
• Experience with Jira, Intercom, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with SQL and APIs/Webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for custom integrations and implementations.
• Serve as technical expert on SmartRent product offerings.
• Lead project management for customer adoption of new products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align requirements.
• Communicate solutions in client meetings and gather feedback.
• Create documentation and best-practice guides.
