You will configure and troubleshoot integrations, translate partner data exchanges into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering to untangle complex cross‑team workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex system integrations in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and API testing with Postman.
• Ability to translate APIs and multi-system workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving issues to resolution.
• Preference for automation and scalable processes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with new playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Bridge external partners with internal teams across product, eng, and design.
• Translate client needs into documented requirements, configurations, and tests.
• Serve as frontline escalation during peak rent-cycle periods.
• Identify root causes via data patterns and coordinate fixes.
• Collaborate with product to prioritize roadmap fixes.
• Develop setup guides and release materials with marketing.
• Monitor post-deployment performance of partner dashboards and screens.
