Job summary

i2G Systems in Sterling, VA is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute complex physical security installations across client sites. You will own multiple projects, ensure on-time, on-budget deployments, and align with client specifications.

You will lead field crews and subcontractors, manage milestones, materials, and communications from kickoff to sign-off, while safeguarding project profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security, low-voltage, or commercial systems integration.
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise security experience preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise access control and video surveillance platforms.
• Knowledge of LenelS2, Software House, Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP, or similar panels; certifications are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, SimPRO).
• CSPM or PMP certification preferred or in progress; valid driver’s license; able to pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple security integration projects.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors; ensure adherence to SOW, quality, and safety.
• Conduct site readiness assessments and manage risks with stakeholders.
• Review drawings and work with engineers on programming and configuration.
• Track hours, materials, and change orders; manage budgets and invoicing.
• Coordinate commissioning, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
