Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Proposals Support role to contribute strategic and technical support for the sales process. You will design customer-centered proposals focusing on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access, using knowledge of products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing methodologies.

The position involves establishing results-based programs for the Proposals area, gathering data from source systems, and assisting with plan design reviews and deviation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in EAP industry.
• Proven ability to deliver clear, concise written responses.
• Experience presenting to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement results-based programs for the Proposals area under supervision.
• Gather information from source systems to complete proposals and calculate fees within variance levels.
• Arrange questionnaire responses based on quotation strategy and customer priorities.
• Assist with plan design reviews, deviations, and proposals for ancillary coverage.
• Contribute material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
