CVS Health is seeking a Proposal Specialist to provide strategic and technical support across the sales process, designing customer-centered proposals that highlight financial positioning, products, services, policies, systems, and pricing methodologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, complete proposals, and prepare responses that drive thoughtful quotes and effective plan designs in a fast-paced health insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in the EAP industry or related field.
• Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and well-structured responses to inquiries.
• Experience presenting to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designs customer-centered proposals emphasizing financial positioning and offerings.
• Supports proposal strategy with knowledge of products, programs, services, and pricing.
• Collects information from source systems to complete proposals and calculate fees.
• Assists with plan design reviews and prepares deviation documents for ancillary coverage.
• Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Executes techniques, processes, and responsibilities as directed.
